our story
Jinbo Cafe began with a simple idea.To create a place where people feel at ease. A place where coffee is prepared with care, food is made fresh, and the atmosphere invites you to slow down, whether you’re staying for a while or grabbing something to go.
The name Jinbo is a combination of our two names. What started as a shared idea has grown into a place where new memories are made every day.
Since opening our first café in Arnhem, we’ve learned, evolved, and had the opportunity to open a second location in Nijmegen in 2026. Yet the idea behind Jinbo has always remained the same.
No rush. No unnecessary distractions. Just a café where quality, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere come together.We hope that everyone who walks through our doors feels at home. That is, and always will be, what Jinbo stands for.

Plenty. Our paninis are a firm favourite, and if you fancy something sweet, there are fresh treats to try every day. Alongside the matcha you'll find sodas, iced teas and coffee classics like our iced macchiato. Matcha is what we're known for, but there's something on the menu for everyone you bring along."
We pour cow's milk, oat, soy or coconut, whatever you prefer. Just let us know what you're after and we'll sort it.
Drop by and see what's on. We keep a small selection to go with your drink, so you're not running on caffeine alone.
We work on a walk-in basis, so you can come by whenever suits you.
